As New Castle County seeks input for updating the Comprehensive Plan (NCC 2050), advancing green building and energy conservation are a core components to the vision.
This webinar will provide a high-level overview of benchmarking, discuss key strategies for developing and managing a program, and highlight opportunities for individual participation through a Benchmarking Pilot offered by Energize Delaware and Green Building United. The webinar will also explore building policies to improve the health, sustainability, and resilience of commercial buildings in New Castle County.
