The Philadelphia Green Capital Corp (PGCC) is the green bank affiliate of the Philadelphia Energy Authority. PGCC provides low-cost financing for energy efficient and renewable energy projects by leveraging public and private funding sources to drive a robust, equitable clean energy market in Philadelphia, support the Philadelphia Energy Authority, and respond to the local challenges of climate change. We will be hearing from PGCC and local multifamily developers to understand what tools and resources the multifamily sector can utilize to incorporate energy efficiency and sustainability into their new projects and retrofits.
