As Account Director, Mallory is consistently developing and executing successful, award-winning strategic public relations programs for clients including Campus Apartments, Cecil Baker + Partners, SageGlass, Brandywine, Green Building United and Western Union. Mallory has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate and construction space. As a lead on the agency’s AEC practice group, she handles all day-to-day activities, including media relations, award submissions, executive thought leadership and social media content development for some of the region’s leading developers and architects. Mallory has secured hundreds of earned media placements for her clients, including key industry publications such as Multifamily Executive, Multi-Housing News, GlobeSt.com and WSJ’s Property Report.
Mallory joined Brownstein Group in August 2013, following three years at PR agencies in the Philadelphia region. She has represented clients in a variety of fields, including higher education, real estate, healthcare and technology. She previously worked with prominent Philadelphia-based developer Dranoff Properties, planning and executing groundbreaking events and securing local media placements. During her career, Mallory has maintained a passion for media relations and has secured placements for clients in top-tier outlets like The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Associated Press and USA Today. Mallory graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Public Relations and minors in International Studies and Psychology.

Kathleen is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic social media programs for clients in the retail, finance, healthcare, architecture, and wearable technology industries. Kathleen oversees a team of content creators and strategists who develop thousands of unique pieces of social media content annually across clients’ social media channels.
Kathleen’s demonstrated thought leadership led to her being named a “Mover and Shaker” at the 2017 Social Shake-Up Show presented by PR News and Social Media Today. Her work at Brownstein Group has contributed to several industry honors, including multiple regional PRSA awards, as well as national recognition at the 2016 PR News Digital PR Awards and the 2015 & 2017 PR Daily Digital and Social Media Awards. Her work on IKEA USA led to recognition by Adweek as a “Brand of the Day” for excellence in social media execution, as well as a spot on Entrepreneur’s list of the “25 Fantastic Examples of Brands Using Instagram.”
Kathleen graduated from Villanova University with a BA in Communication and a concentration in Public Relations. Out of the office, you can find her teaching or taking a vinyasa yoga class.
