Rockwell Integrated Science Center, Lafayette College, 730 High St, Easton, PA 18042

This event is now SOLD OUT!

explore success stories that will inspire us to build better warehouses.

This event kicks off a series of workshops focusing on warehouse development with a focus on sustainable design and construction strategies. At the next event, we'll explore the planning and zoning strategies with our partners at ULI Philadelphia.

As a northeast logistics hub, warehouses are part of Lehigh Valley’s economy. Our community is advocating for more sustainable buildings that will consider the region's health and the environment. First, we will take a look at the warehouse development in the region. Then, we’ll explore opportunities to green these buildings from all aspects of development. From sustainable, low-carbon materials to solar-ready energy measures and native grasses and pollinator-friendly landscapes. If we’re going to welcome more warehouses, we have to build them in a way that protects the health of our community, including the people that work in them.
