Emailed upon registration

The Swarthmore Passive Retrofit project is a 1922 mica-schist stone home, originally designed by the noted Gilded Age Philadelphia architect and office of Horace Trumbauer.

The project is being executed as deep energy retrofit, with particular attention directed towards the air sealing and insulating of the existing stone envelope.

The event will be guided tour by the architect and the general contractor of the active construction project. We will walk through the house and discuss the analysis, design, install methodology and challenges of the building as it relates to passive house retrofit design. Space is limited to 20 attendees - be sure to reserve your spot today.
