Building Better: Energy Codes & Financing Workshop

The Building Better: Energy Codes & Financing Workshop will bring together developers, designers, builders, property managers, and other building professionals to explore Philadelphia’s evolving energy codes and their implications for building projects. Led by ReVireo and MaGrann, the workshop will provide an accessible introduction to the 2021 energy codes adopted in Philadelphia in July 2026, including key considerations for planning, designing, and implementing building improvements.

The program will also feature information about financing opportunities available through the Philadelphia Green Capital Corp. (PGCC) and information about the C-PACE program from the Philadelphia Energy Authority and C-PACE capital provider Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC). Attendees will better understand resources, tools, and available funding that support energy-efficient and resilient building projects.

Through presentations, discussion, and Q&A, the workshop will help participants better understand the changing building landscape, connect with practitioners, and identify resources to support their projects.

Lunch will be provided to attendees at 12:30 PM with programming to follow.
