GBU Coffee Chat with Muscoe Martin Fellow: Building Performance Compliance Trends and Predictions

Join us for a casual virtual coffee chat featuring Adithi Garood, a University of Pennsylvania architecture student and Green Building United’s 2026 Muscoe Martin Green Building Fellow. Through the fellowship, Adithi spent the summer conducting research on BEPP Compliance through Trends and Predictions in Philadelphia Public School Buildings, exploring the impacts of building performance improvement measures on school energy use and operations. During this session, she will share her research process, including developing a hypothesis, gathering building data, modeling different scenarios, establishing occupancy schedules, and analyzing results to identify meaningful conclusions.
