2024 Symposium Call for Sessions

Our Call for Sessions is now closed. Learn more about this year’s event here.

• Phase 1 – Closed, ending Feb 1st – Submitters provided basic contact information, session title & short description, and a list of potential speakers.
• Phase 2 – Once Staff confirmed a phase 1 entry met basic submission requirements, the submitter was invited to provide additional info including a long-form detailed description, four learning objectives, examples of data being present, and a list of confirmed speakers. Phase 2 had a rolling deadline depending on initial submission date.
• All information provided by the phase 1 and phase 2 deadlines, unless otherwise extended in writing by staff, has been delivered to the Selection Committee and we will contact our submitters with the results the week of March 25th.
