Program Details: The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 is the latest reason that the business case for real estate decarbonization has never been stronger. The bill was signed into law after months of negotiation and anticipation, dedicating almost $370 billion to address climate change over the next 10 years. ULI Philadelphia and Green Building United have assembled a distinguished panel of leaders to provide an overview of the bill’s relevant provisions. We will feature a broad explanation of the IRA and real examples of projects and ways to receive significant savings for upcoming development projects. It will also offer participants the opportunity to meet with other IRA experts and receive resources to support the integration of tax credits into future projects. Included in the program is a networking reception over drinks and light d’oeuvres.   Speakers (additional names to be announced)
  • Councilmember Jamie Gauthier, District 3, Chair of City Council’s Committee on the Environment
