Green Building United (GBU) is seeking a passionate and strategic individual to lead the Housing Equity, Repair, and Electrification for Climate Justice (HERE4CJ) Coalition as our new Campaign Manager. This role involves working closely with coalition members, partners, and the community to develop and execute impactful advocacy campaigns that address climate and housing justice in Philadelphia and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign management or community organizing, facilitating coalitions, and managing program budgets. A deep understanding of the Philadelphia political landscape, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to equity and climate justice are essential.
This grant-funded position offers a competitive salary of $78,000 and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, professional development opportunities, and more.
