District Update

Since its launch on October 26, the Philadelphia 2030 District has grown to nearly 16.8 million square feet of committed building space throughout Center and University City.

Our list of property partners has grown as well, with the School District of Philadelphia joining the initiative. Other early adopters include: SEPTA, Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, Independence Blue Cross, Drexel University, the City of Philadelphia, CBRE, Brandywine Realty Trust, and Bedrock Group LLC.
