
Nicholas Skari

Nicholas Skari is an accomplished energy efficiency professional with more than a decade of experience advancing building performance through nonprofit and utility-driven initiatives. He began his career working with the Energy Coordinating Agency and the Community Action Development Commission of Montgomery County, supporting income-eligible households and community-based energy efficiency efforts. Nicholas got his start in the commercial energy efficiency program space at Atlantic City Electric, where he managed programs delivered under the New Jersey Clean Energy Act. He currently serves as Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager at PECO, overseeing commercial energy efficiency programs established through Pennsylvania Act 129 to drive energy savings, emissions reductions, and customer value. Previously, Nick held leadership roles at CMC Energy Services, overseeing utility-led programs for PGW, PWD, PPL, and FirstEnergy. With experience spanning hands-on residential energy auditing to large-scale program design and delivery, Nicholas brings a practical, equity-informed perspective to advancing sustainable, efficient, and resilient buildings. He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design from Jefferson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Temple University.
