Rachel Wilkins

As Benchmarking Program Manager, Rachel assists with the management and implementation of Philadelphia’s Building Energy Benchmarking Program and the Regional Benchmarking Program. She holds a BFA in Studio Art and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Texas and has experience providing technical support and administration for CRM software. Her work toward building a more sustainable Philadelphia has included operational positions at regional food and recycling hubs, focusing on creating a more local, circular and connected economy.
