GBU HiPerformance Tour Series: 3201 Cuthbert Street, another Gattuso Development Partners Project

The Gattuso Development Partners (“GDP”) team is pleased to provide a comprehensive tour of its newest state-of-the-art, 520,000-square-foot life sciences building located at 3201 Cuthbert Street on the Drexel University campus.

This 11-story building exemplifies the innovation, vision, and design excellence of the GDP team. The unique structure offers unparalleled views of the Center City skyline, as well as the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University campuses, from balconies and outdoor plazas located throughout the building.

The tour will include a hard hat walkthrough of the new Drexel University College of Medicine’s 150,000-square-foot facility, which occupies the building’s first three floors. Following the medicine school tour, attendees will visit the 10th-floor mechanical room and rooftop to gain a firsthand look at the building’s advanced infrastructure and sweeping panoramic views. Attendees will gain firsthand insight into how 3201 Cuthbert Street integrates cutting-edge life sciences infrastructure, pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities, sustainability initiatives, and world-class architectural design into one of Philadelphia’s premier research and innovation facilities.

The tour will be led by Kate O’Neil, Vice President of Development, and Jeffrey Engel, General Manager.
