John M. Kolesnik, Esq., Policy Counsel for the Energy Efficiency Alliance will share a presentation reviewing Act 129, which utilities participate, what the programs do, and what is on the horizon for changes to the next Phase which will start in 2026.
John works to advance energy efficiency and utility business model reform policies in PA and NJ with the Energy Efficiency Alliance. Prior to joining EEA, John focused his practice in civil & business litigation representing corporate clients.
