Lamarr.AI aims to create a sustainable and resilient built environment by revolutionizing building exterior diagnostics. Specifically, the company automates envelope energy audits using drones, thermal imagery, and its novel AI platform. The result is a rapid, cost-effective, and highly accurate solution to detect & diagnose envelope defects causing energy loss. Beyond defect detection & diagnoses, the company is automating building envelope energy models, contractor-ready statements-of-work, and ROI projections. Lamarr.AI is a spinout from 6+ years of DOE-funded research across MIT, Georgia Tech, & Syracuse and has been working with numerous commercial property owners and operators over the past 2 years.
